To address the declining North American sales, we should investigate the causes and enhance Game Co’s presence in Japan. Reallocate more of the 2017 marketing budget to Europe and Oceania, given their strong sales contributions. Focus on developing Role-Playing games for Japan while continuing to produce Action and Sports games for all markets.
